In the context of using Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA), Adobe (Adobe Inc., USA) and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, USA), browsing data may be transferred to servers located in the United States. These transfers are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission pursuant to Article 46 of the GDPR, and by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023). IMC LUX AGENCY ensures that these providers offer sufficient guarantees within the meaning of the GDPR.
SECURITY MEASURES
IMC LUX AGENCY implements technical, physical and organisational protection measures proportionate to the risks, including:
